Ryan Kramer

Ryan Kramer is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a strong background in managing global recruitment efforts across various industries. Currently serving as Executive Director of Talent Acquisition for the Americas at Aptiv since March 2018, Ryan has successfully built an in-house talent acquisition team and led initiatives focused on professional and early career hiring. Previously, Ryan held the position of Director of Global Talent Acquisition at both Dynatrace and Compuware, overseeing teams and driving recruitment strategies to support multiple business units. Ryan began a career in recruitment at Yazaki North America and Manpower, specializing in engineering and finance roles. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Central Michigan University.
