Srinivas Koneru is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in leading transformative initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Global Head of Procurement at Aptiv since 2025, Srinivas has previously held significant roles including Senior Director of Procurement at iFIT and Senior Director of Procurement Transformation & Center of Excellence at Baxter International Inc., where a centralized, data-driven procurement function was established. With a robust track record in optimizing spend and driving EBITDA growth, Srinivas has successfully spearheaded initiatives at companies such as Adient, HARMAN International, and Infosys, focusing on process optimization, digital enablement, and analytics. Srinivas holds an M.S. in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, an MBA from Walsh College, and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
