Ujjval Shah

Ujjval Shah is an experienced leader in semiconductor strategy and operations, currently serving as Head of Semiconductor Strategy and Operations at Aptiv since September 2022. In this role, Ujjval develops strategies for a semiconductor spend exceeding $2 billion and collaborates with business lines to define technology needs while managing strategic partnerships with key semiconductor vendors. Prior to Aptiv, Ujjval held various roles at Schneider Electric from January 2015 to September 2022, including Director of Strategy and Transformation, where strategic projects were managed across global market segments, and Project Leader for Corporate Strategy, focused on developing global strategies and evaluating market opportunities. Ujjval's earlier experience includes positions at Amazon and National Instruments, with a strong foundation in engineering and business acquired through an MBA from HEC Paris and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Nirma University.
