Vlad Bunoiu is a Lead Engineer with over 15 years of experience in product development, specializing in wiring harnesses for both high and low voltage applications. Vlad has successfully managed complex projects within global teams, delivering robust and compliant products on time while maintaining high quality standards. Previously, Vlad worked at companies such as Aptiv, Lear Corporation, and LEONI, where they demonstrated expertise in design change management, quality assurance, and cross-functional collaboration. Currently seeking to transition into Project Management, Vlad aims to leverage their technical knowledge and stakeholder management skills in a new role.
