Waldemar Stan is currently the Validation Manager for Europe at Aptiv, having transitioned from the role of Engineering Group Manager there from 2017 to 2023. Prior to this, Waldemar served as Engineering Group Manager at Delphi Poland SA from 2015 to 2023, where they gained extensive validation management experience in a multinational environment. Waldemar's career began in 2003 at Retech Metal Manufacturing as an Automatyk, and they have held various engineering roles within the automotive industry. Waldemar holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and is pursuing an MBA from the Polsko–Amerykańska Szkoła Biznesu.
