Tara Mount

Tara Mount is an experienced Instructional Designer at Aptive Environmental, responsible for developing engaging programs and courses that address various learning objectives through multimedia and interactive content. Prior to this role, Tara served as a Permit Technician at NOVA Engineering and Environmental, where responsibilities included creating standard operating procedures and enhancing communication between stakeholders. Additionally, Tara worked as a Research and Compliance Coordinator for Blue Raven Solar, managing market research and permitting for numerous projects across multiple states. Early career roles included Project Coordinator at Ion Solar, overseeing residential solar projects and facilitating coordination among different teams. Tara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child Development from Tufts University.
