Ariel Muñoz

Data Analyst

Ariel Muñoz, MPH, PMP, currently serves as a Data Analyst at Aptive Resources, focusing on data analysis for SAMHSA evaluation studies related to suicide crisis services. Previous experience includes an Epidemiology Fellowship with the PHI/CDC Global Health Fellowship Program, where outbreak investigations and foodborne disease surveillance were primary responsibilities. Ariel has also contributed as a Visiting Researcher at Universidade Federal Fluminense and as a Graduate Student Researcher at UC Berkeley, participating in significant COVID-19 testing and data analysis initiatives. Early career roles included research positions at UC Davis, focusing on bacterial pathogens and involvement in global public health research.
