Randolph Schaefer

Randolph Schaefer is a Change Management Executive with extensive experience in workforce management and operational leadership. They served as Manager of Workforce Management at multiple companies, including West Corporation and Sykes, before becoming the Chief Executive Officer at Kodiak Security Services, Inc. In recent years, Randolph has taken on the role of Senior Workforce Consultant at Travelers and currently serves as the COO of Aptly Able, where they focus on managing operations and integrating AI solutions. Randolph holds degrees in Science from both BYU-Idaho and Washington State University.
