(Including affordable and LIHTC units) - Research opportunities for government grant based work that can improve your property for a fraction of the cost. - Help mitigate risk from potential lawsuits. - Be a resource to help guide through the treacherous insurance market and make sure that you are protected from a property and liability standpoint.
