Amy Ferris has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles in the field of talent management and consultancy. Amy currently serves as the Director of Talent Solutions at APTMetrics, where they focus on delivering inclusive and legally defensible talent management programs. Prior to this, they worked as a Solution Architect at Korn Ferry and as a Senior Enterprise Consultant at Pearson TalentLens U.S. Amy also held various managerial and sales positions at Pearson TalentLens U.S., Executive Development Associates, Korn Ferry, Center for Creative Leadership, and The Myers-Briggs Company. Amy is experienced in executive development, global business development, client solutions, and government sales.

Amy Ferris has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Maryland. Amy also holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Austin Peay State University.
