Bradley Gray

Bradley Gray is a Consultant at APTMetrics since March 2023, with extensive experience in academic and organizational settings. At Baruch College, from August 2015 to September 2023, Bradley focused on occupational health psychology, researching intervention efficacy and managing a team of research assistants. During this period, 16 publications were produced, and 11 presentations were delivered at conferences. Previous roles include Talent Management Consultant at Integer Holdings Corporation, where strategic insights were shared with senior leadership, and a PhD Intern at Goldman Sachs, contributing to data-driven people decisions. Additional experience includes leading clinical research at Total Child Health, Inc., and providing therapy and assessments at The Neuroscience Team. Bradley holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College and advanced degrees from Towson University and Wake Forest University.
