Mike Shea

Mike Shea is a Consultant at APTMetrics since May 2023, bringing prior experience as an Associate Consultant at O.E. Strategies from April 2021 to April 2023. Between August 2018 and April 2023, Mike served as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Bowling Green State University, contributing to academic endeavors while pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, expected to be completed in 2024. Mike began a career in human resources as an HR Assistant at Rivkin Radler LLP from July 2017 to August 2018. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Marist University and a brief educational experience at Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici, alongside a GED earned at Chaminade High School.
