Tom Bowman

Tom Bowman has a diverse work experience in the field of talent solutions and sales. Tom currently serves as the Director of Talent Solutions at APTMetrics, a human resource consultancy specializing in inclusive and legally defensible talent management programs. Prior to this, Tom held the role of Vice President of People Solutions at IMPACT Group, where they focused on empowering individuals through career transitions. Tom also served as the Senior Membership Director at the Institute for Corporate Productivity, conducting research on high-performance people practices. Additionally, Tom worked as the Vice President of Business Development at Right Management and as the Director of Business Development at Wonderlic, Inc.
