Andreia Simões

Andreia Simões has over 15 years of professional experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Psychology. Andreia began their career in 2005 as a Clinical Psychologist at Fundação Renascer. In 2007, they worked as a School Psychologist at Agrupamento de Escolas Pintor Almada Negreiros and as a Clinical Psychologist at O Lar da Criança. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at Finiform as a Training & Development Specialist and at CNO as a Training Specialist. From 2013 to 2019, they were a HR Business Partner and Recruitment Expert/Learning & Development Specialist at Vision-Box. In 2019, they were appointed Head of Human Resources at Grupo Future Healthcare. Since 2020, they have been an HR Manager at Faurecia Aptoide Automotive and Aptoide.

Andreia Simões obtained a Degree in Psychology from Faculdade de Psicologia e Ciências da Educação da Universidade de Lisboa between 2000 and 2005. Andreia then pursued a Postgraduate in Psychotherapy from Associação Portuguesa de Terapias Cognitivas e Comportamentais between 2006 and 2007. Finally, they completed a Postgraduate in Human Resources Management from Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas between 2012 and 2013.
