Bryan Staker

Bryan Staker has an extensive work experience spanning several companies. Bryan began their career at Silicon Light Machines in 1995 as a MEMS Device Engineer, where they worked until 2000. From 2000 to 2006, they served as the Chief Technologist at Glimmerglass Networks. In 2006, they joined Complete Genomics as the Director of Hardware Systems and held this position until 2012. Bryan's most recent role is at Apton Biosystems, where they have been serving as the Chief Technology Officer since 2012.

Bryan Staker earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Brigham Young University in 1992. Bryan then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the same university, which they completed in 1993. Additionally, Bryan obtained another Master of Science degree in Applied Physics from Stanford University, concluding their studies there in 1994.
