John Gartner-Baca

John Gartner-Baca is an experienced professional in product operations and technical writing, currently serving as the Director of Product Operations at Aptos Retail since June 2015. Prior roles at Aptos included Senior Manager and Manager in Product Operations and Information Experience, as well as Senior Program Manager and EOM Product Support Manager. Prior to joining Aptos, John spent over 16 years at Epicor Software in various roles, including Team Lead for Client Care Support and Systems Integrator for Implementation. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo, earned between 1994 and 1998.
