Kris Whitmarsh is an experienced technical support professional with a strong background in customer satisfaction and proactive issue resolution. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Technical Support Enablement at Aptos Retail since April 2016, Kris focuses on enhancing observability and system performance. Previously, Kris held various managerial and analytical roles at BT Expedite from March 2007 to April 2016, including Manager of Technical Support Enablement and Incident Management Team Manager, providing advanced support to key Managed Service customers. Earlier experience includes a position as an IT Technical Support Analyst at Welcome Break from November 1995 to February 2007, where Kris managed IT and Epos Hardware support and supplier relations. Educational background includes attendance at North Warwickshire and Hinckley College and Etone Community School.
