Lisa Rogers has over three decades of experience in human resources and customer support. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor HR Business Partner and People Team Manager at Aptos Retail since July 1993, Lisa has expertise in managing HR functions for US and Canadian sales teams, with a strong focus on immigration matters. Prior to this, a tenure at IBM from 1985 to April 1993 involved working as a Customer Support Representative, facilitating orders for IBM equipment. Lisa holds an Associate's Degree in Business from Dutchess Community College, earned between 1980 and 1982.
