Lucy Pickard has extensive experience in account management and service management within the retail technology sector. Currently serving as the Head of Service Management and Account Director at Aptos Retail since October 2016, Lucy has previously held the role of Account Director at BT Expedite before its acquisition by Aptos Retail. Earlier in their career, Lucy worked as a Client Manager at PCMS Group and as an Account Manager at both Retec Interface Ltd and Canon. Lucy Pickard earned a degree from the University of Leeds.
