Nancy Shukla, MBA, B.Eng., currently serves as a Senior Professional Services Consultant at Aptos Retail since October 2021. Previously, Nancy held the role of Program Manager at Hypertec Group, where responsibilities included managing the delivery of a customer care retail application on MS Dynamic 365 CRM. Earlier experiences also include internships at Bombardier Inc. and Cimpl, focusing on financial management process automation and social media content development, respectively.
