Josh Lind

Josh Lind is a software engineer with extensive experience in blockchain technology and software development. Currently a founding team member at Aptos since February 2022, Lind focuses on layer 1 blockchain technology. Prior to this, a research scientist at Meta Facebook from January 2020 to February 2022, Lind contributed to the Diem blockchain, overseeing many core components. Previous roles include multiple internships at Google, including positions as a PhD research intern on the Google Cloud Security team and software engineer intern for Google Voice Search and Google AdSense. Additionally, Lind interned at IBM as part of the Extreme Blue program, receiving recognition for innovative contributions. Educational accomplishments include a PhD in Computer Science from Imperial College London and experience as a visiting scholar at Cornell University.
