Daniel Gray

Daniel Gray is an experienced commercial manager and quantity surveyor with a diverse background in construction and project management. Currently at Aptus since June 2019, Daniel has held various roles, including Senior Quantity Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor, focusing on commercial management and oversight of subcontractor projects. Previously, Daniel worked for Key Developments Ltd, where responsibilities included quantity surveying, estimating, and project management, primarily in groundworks and masonry. Experience as a quantity surveyor was also gained at FWA, handling take-offs and forecasts. Daniel began a career in community service at Northumbria Police, serving as a PCSO, followed by roles at the Department for Work and Pensions. Educationally, Daniel holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Northumbria University and an HNC in Construction and the Built Environment from Gateshead College.
