Derek Shoemaker is a manufacturing leader with an MBA and CMA, currently serving as an Operations Manager at Aptyx since 2024. Previously, they held the positions of General Manager and President at The Rogers Manufacturing Company from 2016 to 2023, as well as Sales and Operations Manager at UTC Aerospace Systems from 2015 to 2016. Derek has extensive experience in various engineering and operations roles, including senior quality engineer and continuous improvement lead. They are dedicated to helping U.S. manufacturers grow through service, efficiency, and expertise. Derek is currently pursuing a BS in Mechanical Engineering at the University of New Haven.
