Eric Leopold

Eric Leopold serves as the Senior Vice President and General Manager at Aptyx, where responsibilities include driving growth and operational excellence at the Charlotte facility. Previously, Eric was President at Medical Murray, overseeing contract design and manufacturing operations in Illinois and North Carolina. Eric has held various leadership roles in research and development and operations at companies such as Altura Medical Inc, ProMed, NovoStent, Micrus Endovascular, Angiotrax, W.L. Gore & Associates, Advanced Cardiovascular Systems, and Baxter. Educational achievements include an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business, an MS in Materials Engineering from San José State University, and a BS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Iowa.
