Amber O'Neil

Amber O'Neil is currently a Visiting Lecturer in Psychology at SUNY Oneonta and Southern New Hampshire University, where they focus on individualized learning experiences and student success. They bring extensive experience as an educational consultant and faculty member across various institutions, including serving as Associate Professor at SUNY Delhi and Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs at Maria College. O'Neil holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University, as well as a Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling from Syracuse University. With a strong foundation in human services, they advocate for diverse perspectives and inclusive thinking in course design and community partnerships.
