Ephra G. is a Learning and Development Leader with extensive experience in communication design, change management, and business management. They have held positions such as Senior Instructional Systems Designer at APV and previously served as a Communications Consultant at Camp Sonshine, where they led key marketing projects that generated significant revenue. Ephra's diverse expertise encompasses instructional design, eLearning development, and strategic communication across various organizations, including International Medical Corps and Catholic Relief Services. They are currently pursuing multiple degrees, including an MBA in Executive Management and a Master’s in Communications, while continuously engaging in personal and professional learning endeavors.
