Donna Allen is an experienced operations and management professional with a robust background in the spa and retail industries. Currently serving as a New Practice Development Coach at Clarity Technologies since May 2022, Donna previously held key positions such as Operations/Management at Re Salon and Med Spa, and Wine Supervisor at Total Wine & More. With a strong focus on account management and territory development as a Southeast Account Executive for B. Kamins, and extensive leadership experience as Vice President of Operations at Premier Salons, Donna consistently demonstrated capabilities in financial oversight, customer service, strategic planning, and team management.
