Adam Cunnah

Adam Cunnah currently serves as the Head of Performance at Colchester Rugby Club and as a Certified Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Coach at AC Athletic Performance and Lifestyle Coach. Additionally, Adam acts as an AQA GCSE PE Examiner and holds multiple positions at St Edmund's College, including Head of Boys Games, Housemaster, health and physical education teacher, NQT ISTIP mentor, and Head of Lower School Sport and Sports Academy. Adam has also contributed as a Rugby Coach for Saracens RFC and Essex and Herts DPP Rugby. Adam earned a BA (Hons) in Physical Education with QTS from the University of Brighton in 2009.
