Beth Conner

Beth Conner currently serves as the Head of Geography and Teacher of Geography at Birchwood Community High School since June 2015. Additionally, Beth has held the position of GCSE Examiner - Team Leader at AQA since March 2015 and worked as a GCSE Examination Specialist Marker for OCR from April 2013 to August 2018. Previous teaching roles include Upton-by-Chester High School and Bishop Heber High School, where Beth taught History, Environmental Science, and Geography. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Creative Teaching and Learning and a PGCE in Geography, both from The Manchester Metropolitan University, along with a BSc in Geography with a focus on Coastal Engineering and Defence from Staffordshire University. Prior to the teaching career, Beth gained retail experience as a Supervisor at New Look from May 2008 to January 2013.
