Heather Britton serves as the Head of Operational Development at AQA since July 2023. Prior to this role, Heather held the position of Head of Residential Collections at E.ON Next from June 2021 to July 2023. Heather's extensive experience at E.ON UK spanned from July 2007 to June 2021, during which roles included PPM & PAYG Debt Manager, Smart PAYG Operational Program Lead, Regional Field Debt Manager, and various customer operations management positions. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Edge Hill University, completed between 2010 and 2013.
