Helen Webb

Helen Webb has a diverse professional background in resourcing, recruitment, and marketing, with extensive experience in both educational and corporate sectors. Currently serving as an Associate (Examiner) for AQA since March 2024, Helen is responsible for promoting examining within the organization’s customer base, leveraging a strong community of exam markers. Previously, Helen was the Head of Resourcing at the University of Surrey, where a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy was implemented. Prior roles include Head of Resourcing at AQA, where strategic planning for talent requirements was a key focus, and leadership positions at Morgan McKinley, The Recruitment Consultancy, and Toyota (GB) plc, involving recruitment, marketing, and digital project management. Helen holds a BA Hons degree in English Literature from Royal Holloway, University of London.
