Louise Badham

Louise Badham currently serves as the Head of Assessment Development at AQA, a position held since 2025. Prior to this role, they worked as a Manager for Assessment Research and Design at the International Baccalaureate from 2020 to 2025, and also held positions as a Production Editor and Subject Manager in Studies in Language & Literature there. Louise's earlier experience includes an Administrative Assistant internship at Ben Magec in 2007 and serving as a Project Coordinator at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise from 2005 to 2007. They earned a Master of Arts in Education (International Education) with Distinction from the University of Bath and are currently pursuing a DPhil in Education at the University of Oxford.
