Mark Allen is an experienced human resources leader with a robust background in various industries. Currently, Mark serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees for both AQA and Citizens Advice since 2022. Previously, Mark held significant roles, including Executive Director of Human Resources at Cancer Research UK from 2016 to 2021, and Group Human Resources Director at ABAgri from 2011 to 2015. Mark's extensive experience also includes serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Constellation Brands, focusing on the European and Australian wine business, and Senior Human Resources Director for Europe at Campbell Soup Company. Mark began a career in HR with positions at Yardley of London, International Distillers and Vintners UK Ltd, and Freemans PLC.
