Mark Collins

Mark Collins is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in managing and delivering complex service activities across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Operations at AQA since October 2017, Mark previously held the position of Head of Bureau Operations at DRS Data Services from July 2012 to October 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing time-critical data capture projects and achieving significant operational milestones. Mark's earlier roles include Senior Operations Manager at Pacplus, where a new distribution center was successfully established, General Manager at Thomasfix, managing maintenance contracts for numerous properties, and Senior Operations Manager at Amazon UK, where Mark was instrumental in launching the company's first UK night shift. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons degree in Economics from De Montfort University, earned between 1996 and 1999.
