Paula Smith Aca

Paula Smith ACA is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in audit and capital markets. Currently serving as Chair of the Audit Committee at Morgan Stanley Europe SE and Chair of the Finance Committee at AQA, Paula has held significant leadership roles at prominent financial institutions including KPMG UK, where responsibilities included Partner Capital Markets and Partner and Head of Banking. Previous positions also include Managing Director at both Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers, as well as key roles at Credit Suisse and UBS Investment Bank. Paula began her career at PwC as a Qualified Audit Senior after earning a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) Hons degree from the University of Birmingham.
