Phillip Howard is an experienced educator and assessment specialist in mathematics, currently serving as the Head of Mathematics at Turton High School since August 2019. With a robust background in assessment roles at AQA, Pearson, and OCR, Phillip is actively involved in marking various GCE core modules and developing Functional Skills examination materials.
