Sam King is an experienced music professional with a diverse background in education and conducting. Currently serving as Principal Examiner and New Qualification Developer at AQA since 2014, Sam also holds the position of Guest Conductor for the Oldham Symphony Orchestra since March 2013. As the Head of Music in the Curriculum at Chetham's School of Music since 2007, Sam has significantly influenced music education. Previously, Sam was the Musical Director for Bolton Youth Orchestra at Bolton Music Service from 2001 to 2014.
