Sara Cartwright

Sara Cartwright has extensive experience in education, particularly in English and literacy. Currently serving as an AQA Verifier since April 2012, Sara is responsible for verifying spoken word GCSE assessments. Concurrently, Sara has been an examiner at Hodge Hill College since July 2004, holding multiple roles including Director of Learning for English & Literacy, KS4 English Coordinator, KS3 English Coordinator, Online Learning Coordinator, and English Teacher. Prior to these roles, Sara worked as a Room Attendant at The Pine Lodge Hotel and as a Cashier in Customer Service at HSBC. Sara holds a PGCE in Key Stage 2/3 English from Canterbury Christ Church University and a BA (Hons) in Literature from Liverpool John Moores University.
