Steve Hoole

Steve Hoole is the Head of Knowledge Management at AQA, responsible for developing and embedding the Associate Knowledge strategy while managing the Associate training team. With 16 years of experience in managing virtual learning environments and technology-enhanced learning systems, Steve has previously held roles such as Senior Learning Analytics Consultant at Jisc and SOL Programme Manager at the University of Surrey. Steve's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Science in Interactive Multimedia Production from the University of Huddersfield. Throughout their career, Steve has focused on enhancing the integration of technology in education, promoting innovative practices, and ensuring effective training and support within academic institutions.
