Ziggy Monaghan

Ziggy Monaghan currently serves as a Teacher of RE and Sociology at King's Academy Bay House since September 2024. Ziggy has extensive experience in examining for prominent educational boards, including roles as a GCSE Examiner for Sociology and GCE Examiner at Eduqas, as well as a GCSE Examiner for Religious Studies at AQA. Previous positions include Head of KS3 Religious Education and DofE Bronze Coordinator at Gosport and Fareham Multi Academy Trust, and Head of Sociology with management responsibilities at Crookhorn College. Ziggy's teaching career began as an NQT of Religious Education at Swanmore College, following a postgraduate degree in Education from the University of Chichester and a BA in Theology and Religious Studies from the same institution.
