Luay Houri

Luay Houri is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the IT and digital transformation sectors. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at AQAAR - Ajman Properties Corporation, Luay has successfully led the launch of key digital initiatives including mobile applications and E-Services portals. As Strategic Projects Director at Verbat Technologies, Luay manages multi-million-dollar projects across various regions, effectively engaging with C-Level executives to drive digital transformation. Additionally, Luay co-founded two digital platforms, Oioon.com and Spares4All.com, further enhancing e-commerce offerings. Formerly, Luay held significant positions at Majid Al Futtaim, where pivotal contributions to Omni-Channel & Digital initiatives were recognized, and at Joud Company, demonstrating a strong background in operations management and IT solutions. Luay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Kalamoon.
