Phil Shaw

Phil Shaw currently serves as the Director of Patient Relations and Performance Improvement Process Specialist at Rush University Medical Center, a position held since May 2009. In addition, Phil is an Instructor and Course Director for HSM 590-Lean Six Sigma at Rush University, roles undertaken since November 2012. As a Senior Member of ASQ since 2002, Phil has also held the position of Plant Manager at Littelfuse from 2003 to 2009. Phil earned a Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern University between 2001 and 2003 and has a background in education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1986 to 2001.
