Sid Bhatnagar

Sid Bhatnagar is currently the Chief Operating Officer at ASQ. Prior to this, they were the Chief Information Officer at Produce Alliance, LLC from July 2018 to December 2019.

At Produce Alliance, Sid was responsible for providing progressive leadership and vision for enterprise-wide initiatives to streamline operations, increase transparency, improve sales & service quality to accelerate growth and capture savings. Sid was also responsible for productivity, product improvement, and workflow through implementation of technology, processes and best practice methodologies.

Under Sid's leadership, the team of IT professionals facilitated over $4B in transactions with 150+ companies to integrate 30K+ transactions daily ensuring data accuracy and workflow integrity. Sid also collaborated with executive leadership to balance $500M in revenue and expenses via implementation of new GL structure.

Sid regularly communicated the operational and technological roadmap to board of directors, executive team, and leadership team outlining business direction, industry trends, technology changes, efficiency gains, and risk reductions. Sid was also responsible for risk management oversight including operational, risk and resilience controls, cybersecurity, service quality and sustainability.

Sid Bhatnagar holds degrees in Business/Corporate Communications and Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Sid also holds certifications from the MIT Sloan School of Management in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy, the American Management Association in Developing Executive Leadership, Boston University in CIO Pocket MBA, Integrity Solutions in Integrity Service -Customer Service/ Coaching and Leadership, and FINRA in Series 99.

Sid Bhatnagar reports to Ann Jordan, CEO. They work with Jim Monnat - Chief Financial Officer, Jim Templin - ASQ Excellence, Inc. CEO, and Andrew Schroeder - Chief Commercial Officer.
