Steven Idzikowski

Steven Idzikowski, CAE, is an experienced professional currently serving as the Committee & Governance Specialist at ASQ - World Headquarters since August 2018, focusing on implementing the organization's governance evolution strategy with volunteers. Previously, Steven held the position of Component Relations Manager at ASQ, where relationship building with volunteers supported over 225 geographic chapters globally. Prior to ASQ, Steven worked with the Boy Scouts of America in various roles, including Root River District Director, overseeing Scouting activities in Milwaukee County, and Root River Senior District Executive, where Steven collaborated with volunteers to deliver Scouting programs in the local communities. Earlier experiences also include sales roles at Naked Furniture and Barnes & Noble. Steven earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Marquette University.
