Mark Jefferies has extensive experience in procurement and aquaculture. Mark began their career as a Procurement Manager at Fishery Products in 1997 and held that position until 2008. From 2008 to 2014, they served as the Director of Aquaculture Procurement at High Liner Foods. In 2015, they worked briefly as a consultant before becoming the Vice President of Procurement at Aqua Star later that year.
