David Smith

David Smith is a Managing Partner for the Larry H. Miller Company. At LHM, David has served as Interim CEO, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions. As Managing Partner, he provides overall strategic direction, capital allocation, operational, and investment leadership. He has also served as President of Prestige Financial Services, a LHM portfolio company. He has worked for the Larry H. Miller Company since 2013. As Board Member for Nano-Yield, he enjoys working closely with Clark T. Bell and watching the explosive growth of Nano-Yield all all the companies that lie within.
