Bassem Youssef

Bassem Youssef has over 23 years of experience in the technology industry. Bassem is currently the Engineering Manager at Aquabyte, a position they started in May 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Salesforce as the Lead Software Engineer from January 2017 to May 2019. Before joining Salesforce, Youssef served as the Lead Software Engineer at Kumu Networks from January 2014 to January 2017. Bassem also worked at Riverbed Technology as a Member of Technical Staff from September 2007 to January 2014. Youssef has held various software engineering roles at Packeteer, Stoke Networks, Nishan Systems/McData/Brocade, Copper Mountain Networks, Cisco, and Motorola, where they gained extensive experience in the field.

Bassem Youssef pursued their education at the University of Iowa from 1992 to 1995. During this time, they completed their Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering degree. Their focus of study was on the field of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
