Sofie Jacobs

Sofie Jacobs is an Associate Professor of Sustainable Career Development at Antwerp Management School and a Lecturer in HRM at the University of Antwerp. With over a decade of academic and professional experience, Sofie focuses on sustainable careers, non-standard work, talent management, and organizational learning. Sofie's prior roles include Postdoc Researcher in HRM and Creative Industries, and Lecturer in Cultural Economics and Entrepreneurship at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam. Sofie holds a PhD in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Antwerp and has contributed to research and consultancy projects for various organizations across Europe. Currently, Sofie serves on the HR Advisory Board at Aquafin and is a Board Member at De Studio.
