Michael Rowlands

Michael Rowlands is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in asset management, having held various leadership roles over a career spanning more than three decades. Currently serving as Portfolio Asset Manager at Aqualand Australia since June 2017, Michael previously worked as National Director Real Estate Management at Colliers International Australia, where responsibilities included team leadership and client retention. Michael's experience also encompasses roles such as Senior Asset Manager at FKP, Asset Manager at St Hilliers, and Asset Manager at Investa Property Group, focused on managing diverse property portfolios. Michael began the career as Investment Property Manager at Knight Frank, managing the NSW State Government’s property portfolio. Academic credentials include an Associate Diploma of Valuation from the University of Sydney.
