Todd Steinberg is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in Capital Markets, where they have successfully built and led global divisions with substantial revenues and net income. They held significant positions at renowned companies such as BNP Paribas, Bear Stearns, and Morgan Stanley, demonstrating an ability to manage complex strategic engagements, restructurings, and M&A processes. Currently, Todd serves as Interim Head at Aqualitas, overseeing a large team in the production of medical cannabis and harmonizing post-merger integration efforts. Their expertise also extends to roles in advisory capacities, including leading board initiatives and strategic advisement for companies in the cannabis industry.
